2. Scope of the website

The site provides free information about our services, selected projects, guide prices and contact details, and lets visitors send enquiries through a form. It does not provide user accounts, a newsletter, online sales or payments.

3. Technical requirements

You need an internet-connected device and a current web browser. Sending the form requires JavaScript and a connection to FormSubmit. Some features may not work in outdated or unusually configured browsers.

4. Starting and ending the electronic service

The free service of displaying website content begins when you access the site and ends when you leave it. The form-delivery service begins when you choose the send button and ends when the message is technically delivered or an error is displayed.

5. Enquiry rules

• provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person;
• do not send unlawful, offensive or infringing material, malware or spam;
• attachments may be JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP or PDF files up to 10 MB in total, and you must have the right to share them;
• do not use the form to send passwords, financial information, special-category data or anything not needed for the quotation.

6. Information and guide prices

Website information and prices are indicative and do not constitute a legally binding offer. Submitting the form or receiving a preliminary reply does not automatically conclude a contract for a conversion. Scope, price and timing are agreed individually after a conversation and review of the vehicle.

7. Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to keep the website working but may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, technical reasons or events beyond our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

8. Intellectual property

The website's text, photographs, logo and visual layout are protected by law. You may use them as ordinarily required to browse the site. Copying, republishing or commercially using the materials requires prior permission from the relevant rights holder unless the law provides otherwise.

9. Complaints

Send complaints about the site or form to info@craftspot.eu or to our postal address. Include your contact details, a description of the issue and the outcome you seek. We will respond without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving a complete complaint.

10. Personal data and final provisions

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. Polish law governs these terms. Disputes are heard by the court having jurisdiction under applicable law; mandatory consumer rules remain unaffected.

We may amend these terms for an important reason, including changes to the site's functions, technical providers or law. The current version and its date apply from publication on the site.
