2. Data we process

Through the form, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, vehicle details, requested service, a description of your idea, and optional photos or documents. When you visit the site, the hosting provider may record technical information such as your IP address, request time, browser type and error information.

3. Purposes and legal bases

The site does not provide a newsletter, user accounts, online sales or payments. We do not use enquiry data for automated decision-making or marketing profiling.

• maintaining correspondence, securing the website, and establishing, pursuing or defending claims — our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;

4. Recipients and technical services

The website is hosted by SEOHOST Sp. z o.o.. Information submitted through the form, including attachments, is passed to FormSubmit, which forwards it to info@craftspot.eu. If you prefer not to use this intermediary, you can email us directly.

After you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4, provided in the European Economic Area by Google Ireland Limited. Data may also be processed by our email and IT providers and, when necessary, legal or accounting advisers and authorised public authorities. 5. Transfers outside the EEA

FormSubmit and Google may use infrastructure located outside the European Economic Area. Where such a transfer occurs, it should rely on a mechanism provided for in Chapter V GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. You may instead contact us directly at info@craftspot.eu, and Google Analytics remains disabled until you consent.

6. Retention

Enquiry data is retained for the time needed to reply and continue discussions, and then for no longer than three years after the last contact where necessary to document the correspondence or protect against claims. If a contract is concluded, related data may be kept longer where tax, accounting or limitation rules require it. Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics property settings, while technical logs are retained under the hosting provider's rules.

7. Providing data

Providing data is voluntary, but fields marked with an asterisk are needed to submit and handle the enquiry. Attachments are optional. Please do not send special-category data or third-party data unless you have a lawful basis for sharing it.

8. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. 9. Cookies and server logs

The website uses a necessary cookie to remember your consent choices. Google Analytics 4 and its analytics cookies are activated only after you consent. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and applicable electronic communications law. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” button shown on the website. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the site, our providers or the law changes. The current version is always published at this address with the date of its latest revision.
